Job Description

Privately held company is looking for an a customer support assistant to work with customers to provide parts information and pricing, and data entry for payables and receivables. This position can be part time or full time.

Responsibilities of this position can expand based on experience and aptitude of the candidate. Position is available now, and salary will be based on experience and potential. Please provide salary requirements with your resume.

Below are the detailed tasks and duties :

  • Maintaining excellent customer service while handling customer orders over phone.
  • Scheduling installations and accurate order entry into computer system.
  • Professional, friendly communication with clients and coworkers in person and by phone.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues; partner with sales team to identify effective resolution to customer needs.
  • Special projects and general office work as needed.

Required skills and expertise

  • Data entry and customer service/scheduling experience is not a must but a plus
  • Fluent English - Spanish is a plus
  • Dependable, detail oriented, effective multitasking, positive attitude and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask, handle interruptions, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Pleasant phone attitude to assess customer parts needs
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft and Adobe Acrobat and other computer skills are considered
