Fullstack Designer/ Developer - Freelance and Contracted

Job Description

Established Interactive Marketing Company seeks freelance and contracted full stack designers.

You responsibilities will not be limited to but mainly to :

• Conceptualize and develop web-based projects and campaigns
• Assist in the development and implementation of creative test plans and design optimizations
• Contribute to the creative development of Flash use and execution

Required skills and expertise

• 3+ years of experience with web development
• Strong sense of design
• Expert working knowledge of Laravel, VueJS, Golang and OO based programming, Photoshop, Illustrator and other standard software tools
• Exceptional knowledge of best practices in digital advertising development, (i.e. file size limitations, banner standards, measurement metrics and related technologies), digital marketing and messaging for this medium, digital design skills, and knowledge of audio and HTML5 resources
• Must be able to provide portfolio
• Script/Coding Experience Helpful:
  ExtJS, Backbone JS, JavaScript, PHP

Business Knowledge and Work Skill Evaluation Criteria:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Able to analyze and evaluate instructions, data, business requirements and technical specifications
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with good time management, must be detailed oriented and well organized
• Able to gather and analyze data, define problems and devise solutions
• Able to prepare detailed written procedures, instructions and other documentation
• Able to complete assignments with a high degree of quality within required time and budget frameworks
• Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with development team
