Founded in 1928, Aarhus University Denmark[9] is a public university based in Aarhus, Denmark. It is the largest in the Denmark with over 43,000 students in 27 departments.
The university has been moving up in the rankings in the recent years. In 2010, three of its students, Dale T. Mortenson, Peter Diamond, Christopher Pissarides, received the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences.
