2- A Lack of Passion
You’ve got to have passion for the position. That’s because employers can sense whether you have excitement and won’t hire you if you don’t possess it like before. Remember that while skills can be taught, passion can’t be bought. If you’ve repeatedly gotten rejected from multiple jobs, try refining your jobs search so that you apply for positions that genuinely interest you.
Your excitement will convey naturally and give your employer a far better impression of you. To demonstrate that passion, you can convey it through an impressive cover letter, an interview, or a follow up email. You have to be prepared to convey the right type of excitement. Be sure to research the position thoroughly and demonstrate why you’re interested. It can benefit you to make a list of reasons and explain how you can benefit the company and vice versa.
